All lectures will be translated into English.

- Presentation of the new Gambling Law and related tax legislation
- Presentation of the results of the existing and the new regulation impact analyses of gambling in the Czech Republic
- Comparison of the results of analyzes processed with foreign experience
- Providing examples of good practice in the regulation of gambling abroad
- Evaluation of the consultation process in the preparation of the new law

| Minister of Finance and the First Deputy Prime Minister Ing. Andrej Babis studied at University of Economics in Bratislava, international business and later he devoted to this field. He is the owner and until the January 2014 he was the managing director of The AGROFERT Group. In year 2011 he has founded political party ANO and from August 2012 is Andrej Babis its chairman. In January this year he has been appointed as Minister of Finance and the First Deputy Prime Minister. | |
Jindřich Vobořil |

| Jidřich Vobořil, is currently a National Drug Coordinator of Czech Republic and the Head of the Secretariat of the Government Council for Drug Policy Coordination. He is one of the leading Czech experts in drug related issues, which is evident by his more then 20-year of experience in leadership and development of health care and social services related to the topic both in the Czech Republic and internationally. He took part in number of consultation project in the underdeveloped countries (Afghanistan, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia) as well as many European projects (Russian Federation, Republic of Serbia etc.) | |

| JUDr. Ondrej Zavodsky, Ph.D., is Czech lawyer, public servant and since February 2014 Deputy of Minister of Finance for section property of the State. He studied Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. JUDr. Zavodsky Ph.D., used to act as the head of legal department in the Ministry of interior and in 2010 he was removed from office after he pointed on wasting and corrupt behaviour. The Anticorruption Endowment awarded him by Prize for Courage. Since February this year he oversees state economy and gambling and lotteries as Deputy of Minister of Finance. | |
Viktor Mravčík |

| Viktor Mravčík is the Head of the Czech National Monitoring Centre for Drug and drug Addiction and assistant professor at the Department of Addictology, First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague. His professional focus is on epidemiology of addictive substances and addiction. He was the principal researcher of the study on health and social consequences of gambling in the Czech Republic. He is the main author and editor of the annual reports on drug situation in the Czech Republic and he published number of analytical reports and scientific papers. | |
Jaroslav Vacek |

| Jaroslav Vacek is psychologist, researcher and assistant professor at the Department of Addictology, First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague. His research activity focuses on non-substance addictions such as pathological gambling, and use of modern technology in the prevention and treatment of the addictions. As a researcher he participated in a number of prevalence and evaluation studies in the field of risk behavior and addiction services. | |

Jiří Schwarz |

| Jiří Schwarz is an ass. professor at the Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics at the University of Economics, Prague. From 2009 to 2013 he was a member of the National Economic Council of the Czech Republic and in the period of 2003-2010 he served as a dean of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Economics in Prague. Currently, he is member of the executive committee of the Mont Pelerin Society and member of the board of trustees of the IREF (L´Institut de Recherches Economiques et Fiscales). He is a senior research fellow of CETA (Center of Economic and Market Analyses) and in his research he focuses on economics of regulation and public finances. | |
Ingeborg Rossow |

| Ingeborg Rossow is senior researcher at the Norwegian Institute for Alcohol and Drug Research in Oslo. She has a PhD in epidemiology and has worked with alcohol and drug research for over 20 years and with research on gambling and youth over the past decade. | |
Radim Polčák |

| Radim Polčák is the head of the Institute of Law and Technology at the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno. He teaches and publishes in ICT law, energy law, legal theory and legal philosophy at Masaryk University and lectures at law schools and judicial training institutions in Europe and the US. Radim Polčák is the founder and general chair of the Cyberspace annual international symposium; editor-in-chief of the Masaryk University Journal of Law and Technology; editor-in-chief of the Review of Law and Technology and a member of the editorial boards and governing bodies of several ICT-law focused scientific journals and international conferences round the EU and Asia. He is a panelist at the .eu ADR arbitration court. | |

| Lea Kholghi Frederiksen works as a legal officer at the Danish Gambling Authority. Her primary work areas are international relations, match-fixing and player protection. Before employment in the Danish Gambling Authority she studied law at faculty of law, University of Copenhagen. | |

Economist and sociologist. He worked for the European Commission, where he focused on socio-economic analysis and behavioral economics. Previously, he worked for think tanks and the private sector. He studied at Charles University, Warwick Business School, Johns Hopkins University and Georgetown University. He is currently working on a startup connecting the social sciences and information technology. |
