Swiss Contribution to CR
Switzerland supports the Czech Republic with a total amount of 109.780 million Swiss francs over 10 years (2007 – 2017). These funds are part of the Swiss contribution to the twelve states that joined the European Union since May 2004. The overall goal of the Swiss contribution is to reduce economic and social disparities within the enlarged European Union. |

Up to end of a five years Commitment period, 14 June 2012, thirty individual projects, two programmes and six funds were approved by the Swiss side. This represents 100 % utilization of the resources from the financial contribution of 109.78 mil. CHF granted to the Czech Republic according to the Framework Agreement between the Swiss Federal Council and the Government of the Czech Republic. The implementation of approved projects has to be completed by 14 June 2017, at the latest,
