The Ministry of Finance has gradually started to disclose information required by the COUNCIL DIRECTIVE 2011/85/EU on requirements for budgetary frameworks of the Member States
The Ministry of Finance has gradually started to disclose information required by the COUNCIL DIRECTIVE 2011/85/EU of 8 November 2011 on requirements for budgetary frameworks of the Member States since 28 February.
Following data belong among the newly published information about the general government: fiscal data for its individual segments, contingent liabilities (PPP´s, guarantees and non-performing loans), tax expenditures, equities of significant value held by the general government and liabilities of public corporations. At the same time, methodological description of transition between newly published fiscal data and methodology ESA 95 is released. Additionally, a list of institutional units classified to the public sector is published beyond the requirements of the Directive. All the above-mentioned information will be regularly updated and supplemented in accordance with the published release calendar.
