Seminar "How to promote and enforce changes in public administration"

As a final event for the project Strengthening the management and control of public finances, which is financed from the EEA Funds 2014-2021, the Central Harmonization Unit of the Ministry of Finance organized a seminar on June 12, 2023 on the topic "How to promote and enforce changes in public administration".

The aim of the seminar was to share good practice and dead ends in the creation and enforcement of complex legislative changes in the public administration environment. Representatives of the Ministry of Finance (preparation of the Act on the Management and Control of Public Finances), the National Library of Technology (systemic changes in information support for research, development and innovation), the Ministry of Regional Development (amendments to the Act on public procurement), the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (problems in enforcing legislative changes in the field of social security) and the Digital and Information Agency (implementation of changes in the field of eGovernment) were sharing their experience with the implementation of changes.

The seminar was attended by over 90 participants from various state and local government bodies.
