Independent Unit 9009 - Financing Models

The separate department coordinates, and in cooperation with other substantively competent departments of the MoF, develops methodologies and implements financing models in the areas of public-private cooperation projects (including PPP projects) and financing of affordable housing policies. A separate unit is also dedicated to the methodology and actual creation of the data base for setting up an effective affordable housing financing policy.
