In the 4th quarter of 2023, the planned total nominal value of T-Bills excl. roll-over within the respective year is set at the indicative amount up to CZK 50.0 bn.
State treasury bills denominated in local currency could be sold in the form of multiple-price or single-price auction organized by the Czech National Bank. The form of the sale will always be specified in the announcement of the auction.
In case of confirmed interest from investors based on communication with primary dealers, it may be decided to add an auction day for state treasury bills denominated in the euro, which would be announced by the Ministry of Finance well in advance.
On 1 December 2023, a technical issue of a T-BILL 902 with a time to maturity up to one year in a expected total nominal value of CZK 100 billion will be carried out for the purpose of repo operations, which will be registered on the asset account maintained by the Ministry of Finance in the respective record according to Section 15 (4) of the Act No. 190/2004 Coll., on Bonds, as amended. Announcement of technical issue will be published at the latest on the issue date.
