SUNDAY 24 SEPTEMBER 2023 

• On Sunday at 16:00 the guided tour of Prague Castle is planned. After the tour all the delegates and participants will be head to the restaurant by bus.
• The welcome dinner will start at 19:00 at the National Museum of Agriculture. Departure back to the hotel by bus at 22:00.
• Participants and delegates will be able to join the welcome dinner even if not participating in the guided tour by transfer directly from the hotel.
• Comfortable shoes are recommended for the tour of Prague Castle.
• The evening programme will be informal.
• Dinner will be served as a buffet.
• Dress code: Smart casual

MONDAY 25 SEPTEMBER 2023

• On Monday, after the end of the Conference, the Gala Dinner at the National Museum is planned.
• The delegates and participants will be head to the National Museum by bus. Transfer will start at 18:00 near the registration desk in the first floor in front of the mail conference hall.
• The Gala Dinner will be served.
• Dress code: Formal dress-code.

TUESDAY 26 SEPTEMBER 2023

• On Tuesday will take place the Last Dinner in the Hotel at 19:00.
• The evening programme is designed as an informal friendly meeting full of fun.
• Dinner will be served buffet style.
• Dress code: Smart casual.

Information about Accomodation

TRAVEL INFORMATION
You already received your travel documents by e-mail. Please take it with you on your flight/train.
Transfer from the airport/railway station to the hotel will be arranged by Czech team free of charge.
At the airport will be a driver with the sign “Homologues Group 2023” and name of delegate’s country to take you to the hotel.
There will also be a person to help you with any travel problems. She will have the sign “Homologues Group 2023” on her name card.
They will communicate together the arrival times of the plane or train. You do not need to inform them in case of a delay.
Departure and transfer from the hotel to the airport/railway station will be arranged by the hotel.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
All delegates and participants will be accommodated in the Grandior Hotel Prague, arranged by the Czech team.

Each participant will have a classic double room, except in individual cases.
Please check in to the hotel individually. The hotel has already your personal details according the registration form. Be prepared to be asked for your credit/debit card number as per hotel policy.
There will be an information board at the reception with the sign “Homologues Group 2023” and details about registration.

CONFERENCE VENUE
A registration desk will be set up in the first floor in front of the main conference hall.

The registration starts:

• on Sunday 24 September 2023 from 15:00 to 16:00.
• on Monday 25 September and from 8:30 to 9:00
• on Tuesday 26 September 2023 from 8:30 to 9:00.

All delegates and participants will be asked to register and sign the attendance list each day of the conference.
The conference room is located in the Grandior Hotel Na Poříčí 42, Prague 1.
